For Outright Purchase1 % + 18% GST (goods & services tax) of the transaction value.

For Lease Transactions1 Month’s Rent + 18% GST same payable on renewal of the the leave and license agreement.

Stamp Duty & Registration charges are extra actuals borne by you & the Licensor. 

Mode of Payment: Via Cheque or Bank Wire in favour of ” Expat Properties Mumbai” (We do not accept cash)
